Dinner at Melton's
I've been on a diet (and I've acutally lost 7 pounds!!) so I have been eating very carefully. On Friday we went to Melton's App and Tap (a neighborhood pub) with the mom's group. I got a cheeseburger, fries, and a black and tan. That cheeseburger tasted SO good. Unfortuanately (or fortunately for my diet) I didn't get to finish my meal. Ben was so exhausted that he lay down in my lap and asked to go home. So Ben and I went home and Elle gave Nikki and Ian a ride after dinner.
Piedmont has a dog park?
We've been to Piedmont Park almost every weekend since we moved here. This weekend we discovered that there is a huge dog park there. So everyone has something they love -- the kids love the new playground, I like walking around the pond, and Shadow has a dog park.
Shadow and the boys RACED around the small dog enclosure. Shadow runs like lightning. He loves chasing other dogs but once he catches up he is going so fast he doesn't know what to do so he leaps over them. :-)
