I updated yesterday's post... then I realized that that today was already Tuesday... so the post belongs here:
*Update - 8pm* They have gotten as far as they can without us making the big decision -- do we return the kitchen to it's former state or do we blow out the wall and open it up... decisions, decisions, decisions...
So tonight we are thinking... it is a big and expensive decision to make. And we don't like making decisions. Or spending money.

Good luck, Katya and family! Our dishwasher also decided to dump all its water onto our kitchen floor, and our washing machine did the same thing (it's right off the kitchen). Luckily, we didn't have to do too much damage repair. Ouch on having to spend so much. Sorry, Katya!
