Cursed, I tell you....
So the roofers came today to tear off the roof. But they found an old roof under that roof. And another under that one. 3 layers of crappy, broken roof. Since they were only expecting to tear off 1 roof they didn't bring enough people to do the job in 1 day... and they are scheduled the rest of the week... so now they can't come back until SATURDAY. &$&#*^! And, of course, it is going to cost more.

God gracious! I thought that after they tore everything down to studs there is nothing more to discover. I guess there is always room for more trouble.
By the way, while they are at it, can they remove the railroad track in the back of your property? I am sure it will not bring the price that much more up.

Hmm... I would definitely pay more to get rid of the 4 am train... Juan somehow got the roofers to come today... maybe he can get rid of the train, too.
