Update, of sorts

Ok. I was going to post today but I have a terrible sore throat and chills so I am going to bed instead.

Quick update... Ben went through the testing. He does have dyslexia. He does not have ADD. No big surprise with either diagnosis. We get the detailed results on Friday. Then we have to go through the IEP process, find a tutor, decide if we will apply to Schenk School, and apply for summer intensive reading programs. All by the middle of next month. Yippee. Fingers crossed that Anne (the specialist) does not recommend the Schenk School.

Carol brought a bunch of articles for us to read that detail the latest research on which tutoring methods work best, questions to ask, etc. I am plowing my way through them by Friday.
