Nikki has really perked back up today, Ben is finally his usual, cheerful self, but I could barely wake up at 9:30!! I feel "like half-baked sourdough" and I have a fever. Great.
So Ben is doing mostly independent schoolwork this morning while I try to get as much done as I can before I get too sick to plan Ben's birthday party... I HAVE to get some laundry done and I HAVE to plan this party. Julia is coming at 1 so I can nap all afternoon after I go to the grocery store and order a cake...

Can't you order your groceries online through Stop & Shops Peapod and same thing for the cake? About the last thing you probably feel like doing is going grocery shopping when you are feeling crummy. You and Tami need your mothers nearby to help!

When is Ben's 8th birthday party?
Our local grocery store (Publix) doesn't have a delivery program... :-(
Ben's party is on Sunday. We are going to take a couple of boys to see Despereaux and then back to our house for cake.
Our local TV stations are really plugging that movie and it looks so cute. I want to see it too.
Maybe you can find a grocery store that does the delivery for times like this when you're under the weather.
