Sidewalk fried egg recipe

Heat up ambient temperature to 107 F (42 C).
Put egg in frying pan on patio.
Wait 30 minute and Voila!

Mmm... Dessicated egg... Eat up, mates!

Yuk! And you don't have central air. How are you surviving?

It wasn't so bad yesterday because it was cool at night so the house stayed cool for most of the day.
Today is going to be really rough. It was 97 when I went to bed last night and 91 at 6:30 this morning. So the house is hot and it is not going to cool down until late tonight.

I think we will spend all day in the only room with AC playing card games.

That is disgusting. That is exactly what I was talking about the other day - that this kind of temperatures are not suitable for human consumption. We ar not that far away from the egg.
Just stay inside and do not spend any time on sidewalk in the frying pan, just to be on the safe side.

I was thinking I missed a great opportunity to make dried food for our next camping trip. I should have put out a tray of sliced veggies to desiccate.
