Junior Rangers (and Senior, too)!

Acadia has ranger programs for under 7, 7 and up, and 18 and up so all three of us got to do the program (Ian abstained). The books were much easier than in Shenandoah which was good because there were almost no days that we could pull them out… it was either too windy or too drizzly or both for most of the time we were there.

All three of us got our badges and were sworn in.

There was a long time in my life when my ambition was to be a park ranger. I never would have imagined it coming true like this. :-)
