I blame my parent's bad influence

When Ben was a toddler (and supposed to be taking a nap) he somehow found a green washable marker and painted himself (and his newly painted bedroom, bed, sheets, and hand-made quilt) green. My dad discovered him and came downstairs sputtering, "Hurry, hurry. Ben is GREEN!"

This Friday Nikki decided to repeat that experience. He ALSO painted himself, every inch of himself, green. Luckily he spared the walls and bedding. He could offer no explanation as to why he entered into this artistic endeavor. So I blame my dad's influence.
I learned a valuable lesson on Friday. There are washable markers and there are WASHABLE markers. Rose Art markers may be labeled washable, but from now on I am sticking to Crayola. They come off of skin and hair MUCH easier.
