New Haircuts...

All my boys got haircuts on Saturday... David decided to have a little fun with Ben and Nik. He spiked Nik's hair up and it looked adorable. He wanted to give Ben a mohawk but Ben chickened out... and then regretted it. Tonight after his bath he spiked up his hair and he decided that next time he would let David style his hair.

I would never have thought of spiking the front of Nik's hair but I love it...

Ian shaking a fork at me, "No... don't put me on your blog..."

Nik's hair looks really cute and quite stylish. Does your hairdresser want to give Ben a traditional Mohawk with the stripe down the middle and no hair on the sides? Yikes!

I know what you mean about the weekend. Why do they end so quickly? And why is my body on Sunday nights this fall? Could it be all the work getting ready for winter? Off to take an arthritis Advil.

No. He just wants to spike the hair in the middle with hair gel for the day. :-) Nothing permanent.

Thanks for the explanation. I bet Ben will look cute with the spiked and jelled Mohawk style. I've seen it on a few little boys and they looked adorable.

Nice haircuts -all three of you.
Nik looks less than a Tin-Tin that I imagined. Love to see Ben with Mohawk.

My neighbor that takes care of my puppy when I am late or away bot a Mohawk (a real one). His mom just emailed me some pictures. I told her that it's a phase and it could be much worse. He is on the high school soccer team and they are going into the championship so all the guys got "unusual" haircuts.

Tina,
I hope your neighbor is not too upset.
I think that as long as what they do to their hair does not go to their brains, kids will be OK. We all have to chose our battles carefully. Fighting about hair style may be the most innocent and irrelevant battle. As long as we quietly work on things that matter. It is not always easy to say which battle to fight.
